Circular Solution
Our clothing factory with fully integrated Closed Loop system
We are a full-service OEM clothing factory providing both standard and recycled materials, along with Circular Solutions for organizations looking to drive concrete ESG Sustainability and CSR initiatives. We manufacture t-shirts, polo shirts, corporate uniforms, hats, bags, pants, and other textiles tailored to customer designs.
From Waste to Real Production (Closed Loop Process)
Our strength lies in the Closed Loop system that brings waste back into production.
Receive Waste from your organization, such as old uniforms, unused activity shirts, or PET bottles within the company.
Sorting and Recycling: Materials are sorted, crushed, and developed into recycled fibers (rPET or Recycled Fiber).
Fabric Development: Yarn is knitted or woven into fabrics like Single Jersey, Pique, or other structures according to customer needs.
Sewing into New Products: Manufactured as recycled shirts, garments, or other items required by the customer as new organizational assets.
Closed Loop Example
Your organization brings old employee uniforms back into the system. Through the recycling and production process, they emerge as new corporate activity shirts. The result: waste reduction, less virgin material usage, and a clear communication of your ESG and CSR image.
OEM that goes beyond T-shirt production
We are not just a T-shirt manufacturer, but a partner in Circular Solutions. Customers can choose from standard materials, recycled materials, or a full Closed Loop system to create clothing that meets quality, corporate image, and sustainability needs.
Trusted by over 100+ customers on our journey toward a better planet

PTG Energy
PTG Energy T-shirts are part of a Closed Loop project we co-developed with the organization. We took old uniforms from PT, put them through sorting and recycling, developed them into Single Jersey fabric, and manufactured them into new uniform T-shirts. The process took about 3 months from receiving waste to the finished product. This project reduces virgin resource use, minimizes waste, and concretely supports ESG Sustainability. Customers often ask if they need a large amount of waste; our team evaluates the appropriate scale before starting. In terms of quality, the fabric maintains high comfort standards, indistinguishable from normal fabric, serving as another example of recycled shirt production that meets corporate needs and adds value to old clothing.

Thai Airways
We collaborated with Thai Airways on a comprehensive Closed-Loop Recycling Project, taking old employee uniforms back into the production cycle through Re-Dry Pique (Closed Loop) fabric for over 28,000 units. The process took around 4 months from waste collection, sorting, recycling, and fabric development to manufacturing new uniform shirts. This project not only reduces virgin resource consumption but also transmits the corporate identity through its signature purple tone, symbolizing the beautiful transition of stories from the past year to the next, while reinforcing real-world organizational sustainability.

FedEx
The world's largest express transportation provider partnered with us to transform unused employee uniforms into new recycled products, aiming for sustainability goals and effective landfill waste reduction.

GSB (Government Savings Bank)
Collaborated with us to bring expired uniforms into the Closed Loop process for transformation into practical recycled products for daily use. Under this project, we used 13oz Closed Loop Canvas (unbleached, undyed) to produce aprons and various bag styles, totaling over 2,200 pieces within 4 months. Starting from waste collection and sorting to fabric development and sewing into new GSB products, this initiative reduces resource use and reflects a concrete commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.

Conducting waste audits to identify waste reduction opportunities and set the project plan with a clear sustainable roadmap, project plan and timeline
